cancel auto renew

I have one month left to my subscription for acrobat standard DC. Rather than renew, I purchased the software and loaded the software onto my computer. How do I cancel the auto renew of my one year subscription without cancelling the subscription?  I just want use my subscription until it expires and I do not want the subscription to auto renew. Thanks.

Failed - Network Error Message when downloading Lightroom_5_LS11_win_5_7_1.exe

Hi - when I try to download Lightroom 5.7 from the Adobe download page (http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/lightroom/win/5.x/Lightroom_5_LS11_win_5_7_1.exe), the download starts and after a few seconds it fails and give the message 'Failed - Network Error'. I never seen this error message ever before, am able to download files without issue from all other sites, so believe it is something on the Adobe side. I had to reinstall windows and am rebuilding and reinstalling all my applications, so any help would be appreciated.

 

Also, I already have Lightroom 5.2 reinstalled, and when I try to do the upgrade to 5.7 from within the application it just links to the incorrect page on Adobe.com to download the update.

 

Update - Looks like the issue was using Chrome. Downloading using another browser worked. However, when trying to extract the downloaded file I now get the following error message:  "A problem occurred while extracting the archive. please try download the Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 Installer again.". Needless to say, just downloading it again doesn't fix it.

I have an Acrobat X Standard CD but my new computer doesn't have a CD player and the old one is fried.

 

I was looking to download a copy of it from Adobe but I can't find where to download from.  Any help would be appreciated.

P.S.: I don't want to download it from a random site.

"Adobe Acrobat.app" wants access to control "Systems Events.app". Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in "System Events.app", and to perform actions within the app.

Does anybody know what is causing this OS system (Mojave) window prompt on startup? I can't find anything online which makes me think it isn't legitimate.

 

I'm sure it's fine but it isn't clear what its purpose is and I'm not sure that I want acrobat to have access to system apps.

Acrobat Dc PRO IMPOSSIBLE TO INSTALL

Hello everyone i hope i will find a solution over here.

 

I have user in CC and everything works just fine except the pro version of Acrobat, when im trying to install it thru CCM its just go full to 100% installation and then suddenly it goes backward to 0 and the button "install" is just pop-in up again - no matter what im doing it doesn't help just looping/

So im using Windows without any Internet Explorer, and when i try to install manually Acrobat pro its just crashes and saying that i must have IE 7 to make it happen, the problem is that i cannot install IE 7 on windows 10 lol.

 

I even tried to change the Setup.ini file and it worked to some point (seems like the registry even installed) until i received a "spool printer" error or something/

I am unable to install Adobe Acrobat Standard DC using Ethernet connections. I am only able to use the wi-fi as a work around on my Windows 10 pc's. My Windows 7 pc's can not connect to the wi-fi

Last July I purchased a LENOVO lap top. As an option with the lap top I purchased the Adobe Pro 2017 software  I was provided on July 18, 2018 with an activation code to permit downloading on-line. For reasons too long to list I finally proceeded with the download last Friday (Jan. 18, 2019). Upon pursuing the operation the https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial weblink provided me with serial # XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX to download the software from the ARVATO website. When clicking to start download an error message appears saying “download cannot continue”.

Thank you for investigating this issue and provide me with your troubleshooting result to finalize Adobe Pro downloading on my laptop.

Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro (MacOS mojave version 10.14.2). I also have Adobe Acrobat Pro XI (Version 11.0.23). When I open adobe and try to go to the "help" tab, "check for updates," I get the error message: "Cannot connect to adobe update server." I am connected to the internet and have no issues updating other programs. I tried to google this and look on the adobe forums, and could not find an applicable solution to adobe acrobat pro XI. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thank you in advance. (I am trying to update because my mac keeps giving me pop-ups that soon my current version of adobe will not work with my version of OS.)

Hi there! I have creative cloud and I have downloaded acrobat multiple times now and everytime when it's done it tells me its installed and then as soon as I want to open it the button says again 'install" as if I didn't just install it. This keeps on happening.. and its not telling me it can't download because of whatever reasons, it doesn't say anything but just keeps on doing what I just explained... How can I fix this? I really need to use acrobat!! Thanks

I have successfully downloaded Acrobat_2015_Web_WWWUI.exe

 

However, when attempting to open/execute I receive the following error message:

 

Acrobat_2015_Web_WWWUI.exe is not a valid Win.32 application.

 

I have difficulty understanding this message -- How can this problem be fixed?

 

NOTE:  A few days ago I renewed my annual subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud for ETLA (Multilanguage)  for $10 because it contains Adobe Acrobat Pro, which is the app I most need.  I seem to have a recognized username and password, and I also know my vender, invoice number and redemption code.  When prompted to sign-in and enter my Adobe product serial number, I provided the redemption code which enabled me to successfully download Acrobat_2015_Web_WWWUI.exe using the same computer that I had for last year's installation.

 

WHAT IS CAUSING THE ERROR MESSAGE?

HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM?

I hRecently purchased Adobe Pro DC ave aobe cloud on my home computer. I purchased a new compter for my office and bought adobe Pro DC for it. I had it downloaded and working but my computer crashed and I had to have it repaired. I lost my adobe Pro DC and my redemption code says it has been used and will not let me re download again.

How do I convert an Acrobat Pro subscription to a full license?

I have a user that purchased her own subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro and installed it to her laptop while she was traveling.  I would like to remove the subscription and replace it with a full license like the rest of my users.  However, I haven't been able to figure out how to do this.  I thought if I uninstalled Acrobat and reinstalled with my media and license it would work, but the installation won't accept my license key and installs itself as a subscription again.
