He tenido que volver a instalar dos veces Acrobat en mi equipo porque he tenido que comprar nuevos equipos al no funcionar. Quiero tener Acrobat en dos equipos, pero no sé anular la instalación en uno de los equipos antiguos, para que me permita instalar Acrobat en el nuevo.

Dear all

A customer of ours has a problem with his Adobe Acrobat DC. If he open a couple of PDFs and closes them after Acrobat stays open in the background. This can be seen in the task manager. These instances of Adobe Acrobat DC stay open until closed with the task manager and use up the whole CPU performance.

I tried disabling the „show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat DC“ and starting the program in compatibility mode. I also tried reinstalling the program. Furthermore, I found an article that suggested deleting a key under [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers]

However, this is for Windows 8 and I could not find this key on Windows 10.

Is there anything else I could try? Is it a known bug?

I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, version 11.0.0. (on a Windows 10 OS) I'm on the first version because I have already uninstalled--> restarted --> run the Adobe cleaner tool--> reinstalled Adobe Acrobat XI Pro from my CD.(or did I restart after the cleaning tool...I had already done an uninstall/reinstall steps and then did it all again when I found out about the Adobe cleaner tool...so I can't keep up!). Anyway, after doing all the steps I found in another discussion for error 1328(Error 1328 for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro )  I went to the adobe website and downloaded the latest (and last apparently) Adobe Pro update version 11.0.20 and tried to install.  But I get a error 1328 again!  Albeit it was a different file name this time.

Please tell me I don't need to install each of the 20 update versions to then finally update to 11.0.20!

what do I have to do to install this on my new Mac ( (sierra) I have downloaded the file and tried normal installation, and through terminal, but it keeps asking immediately for s/n - I enter my cs5 SN but it will not accept it (all other cs 5 components have loaded) and acrobat then quits?

 

any help would be very much appreciated - have been at it for days! Adobe support is very very poor for help...


I want to pay for my subscription

I have a subscription to the Annual PDF Pack to read and convert Pdfs. But I am getting an error message of a Windows Application Error everytime I try to read a pdf. There isn't a download available to re-install this Pack app. What can I do?

I have an annual subscription for the Adobe PDF Pack ($89/year) to read pdfs and convert them to Word.

However, when it re-newed recently, I now get a Windows Application Error message every time I try to open a pdf.

I went to the web site to try to find the Pack app to download again on my computer but it isn't there.

What can I do to fix this?

Acrobat Pro X crashing so uninstalled and now application manager says its installed yet its not. H

I installed all the Creative Cloud apps last night.  Acrobat Pro X is not working.  When opened it opens and then crashes.  I uninstalled today and deleted the pref files in my library folder after the unistall.  When I open the Application Manager is shows that Acrobat is installed.  How do I reinstall the application? Where do all the programs download so you can reinstall if needed? FYI, I am on a Mac.

I'm looking for some help, I finally received a hardware update in my office and I've run into an issue.

I have Adobe Acrobat X {TEN} Standard that was purchased locally from an office supply company, and installed on two office PC's. Mine, and our company owner's laptop.

 

My IT guy nor myself, were aware you had to go in and deactivate the Adobe before loading onto another PC.

 

With only having two licenses for this software we purchased locally, It's highly aggravating I can't activate on my new system.

I am assuming even though the other computer is decommissioned now, I need to log in and deactivate it?

This is assuming the old desktop PC's hard drive wasn't already wiped clean by IT already.

 

Anyone have advice to resolve?

Repeated attempts to check for updates result in a message "Update failed." Is Acrobat 9 no longer supported at all?

After much effort through Chat support, I received an update file enabling Acrobat 9 Pro to update from 9.0 to 9.5.5. However when I open the .dmg file, the Acrobat application is greyed out so I am not able to complete the install. Any help would be appreciated.

I have Acrobat DC/11 and after upgrading to Firefox 51.0.1 64 bit, Acrobat disappears off the toolbar and it's no longer under add-ons.  I swear it was there after the update, but now it's missing.  How do I install it in FF as an add-on?

COM add-in problem with Outlook 2016

I hope I'm in the right forum for this question.  I've recently installed MS Office 365.  When I open Outlook, I get a message that the Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin caused Outlook to start slowly.  I checked in the "Outlook COM Add-ins" dialogue in "Options" and find that that Addin has been disabled, along with "Adobe Send & Track for Microsoft Outlook-Acrobat".  I'm a newbie to addin's.  What does this mean, and what action should I take?  Thanks

but AcrobatUpd815_all_incr.msp

Update can not be installed, error with version.

Maybe update is not for acrobat standard :-) but where is the correct one, please

I just upgraded my compute and need the updates for Acrobat 9 Pro. All the "answers" point to ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/9.x/. But when I download the very first update, it tells me I don't have it installed or the version is wrong. It looks like all these updates are for standard not pro.
