I am trying to install my Adobe Acrobat 9 on my new computer and it tells me my serial number is invalid.
Tech support won't help because of the age of the product. Can anyone help? I have tried entering my serial number with and without the dashes

I can't activate Acrobat on a third computer
so i have pro and i have it loaded on 3 computers. problem is one of them is a laptop that is dead and wont be back to life. i now have a tablet i want to install on but it wont let me. it says i have to remove it from another device. how can i do this since the laptop cannot be started?
to top it off i am trying to find where it shows the devices it is on which i have seen before but now i cant find where it was. where do i go?
help? anyone please?

Acrobat 8 not activated
Acrobat 8 from CS3 is not activated. Had CS3 running few years, all programs activated except Acrobat. Acrobat activate and deactivate keys are greyed out. How to activate?

Acrobat 11 different advanced search behavior?
Hi!
In side by side machines, one with Acrobat Pro 10 the other with 11, the Advanced Search results box has different behavior, and I cannot find a way to change it (I like the 10 behavior).
Once the advanced search runs the results are shown in the box in context. On version 10, when I cursor down in the search results box, the cursor in the PDF display box jumps to each result occurrence. On version 11, moving the cursor among the search results does nothing - I must select one and press enter, or click it with the mouse.
How do I change the version 11 install to make the Advanced search results box behave like version 10?

Adobe Acrobat 11 - Patch Installation 11.0.07 or 11.0.09
Hey Guys,
Just hoping for some help, I have a 2008R2 Server with Acrobat 11 Professional installed. I have been able to successfully patch the application up to 11.0.06 but when I try 11.0.07 or 11.0.09 it fails.
I've un-installed the application with both the add and remove program utility as well as the "acrobat_ittools_cleaner_p2_061713", the application is removed successfully. I then install the application, completely functional but I am then presented with the same problem. I have 2 severs with exactly the same issue.
Ive gone through the install log and it talks about .net 2.0 not being installed, but this is installed by default with 2008R2

Unable to install Active X and Flash Plugin for Acrobat
I would like to create a PDF Portfolio in Acrobat Pro XI. However, once I have selected the files I get a notification that states, "To view the Flash technology content in this PDF file, please install this version of Flash Player that supports Adobe Reader and Acrobat." When I click the buttom "Proceed to download page," it brings me to this page: Acrobat Help | Flash Player needed | Acrobat, Reader XI
The problem is, the two download links for Windows don't seem to be working. Is this an across the board issue or is it just me? How can I go about installing these required plugins?

acrobat quits after a few seconds then I cant accept license agreement.

MAC OSX CURSOR WEIRD BEHAVIOR SINCE MAC OSX MOUNTAIN LION *see the video
Hello everyone! Please tell me what is it! since i have mac osx Mountain Lion i have this bug behavior with mouse cursor... i drop here hyperlink to my video to easy describe all for you... please have a look at these videos and let me know if you facing this issue too. Because since mac osx mountain lion do not exist any fix for it.... Adobe knows nothing about it?
Weird thing is that record by quick time of the screen is without bug, all on the video is simply right...

i need to downgrade to acrobat pro x version 9
when i upgraded to adobe acrobat pro x version ten it didn't allow me to scan files and we first thought it was the scanner company Fujitsu but then we figured out it was adobe. since we updated to version ten we haven't been able to scan documents. need help fast.

Adobe Acrobat. FAILURE TO INSTALL
I am having technical difficulties when trying to install this new software. I have all other software in my computer shut down and even tried in two different web browser. The same "Error Encountered" showed up after 80% download - "Error 1935" HRESULT:0x80070422.
Can you please help or send me a number that I can call since I was not able to find one on your website. I also visited one of your forums and this error is not mentioned.
