PDFs do not combine.
Adobe doesn't combine PDFs which is what I bought it for--Adobe Acrobat Pro XI from University. Telephone support expired and I was told it was "forever."
Even after I installed the newest version of adobe reader, I still cannot get the document to load
I need to bring up a pdf document, but in order to do that, the website said I needed to download the latest version of pdf reader. I did that, restarted my computer, ect, and I still cannot bring up the document. The website still gives me the same message.
Acrobat dc license has either expired or not been activated
Since updating my Adobe Cloud subscription to use Adobe Acrobat DC, I get an error the first time I try to use it from an application like Word or Outlook 365. It pops up an error "Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat DC license has either expired or not been activated." I never had this problem with Acrobat XI.

Acrobat XI, DC retina full screen is low res after 1st page
Acrobat XI and newly updated DC can't seem to provide a proper support for retina displays in full screen mode (Mac OS X 10.9). Only the first page is displayed in full resolution, all subsequent pages are displayed in lower resolution. I was hoping DC would fix this, but apparently it didn't.
Are there any workarounds to have a proper full screen mode for retina displays?
Thanks.
Error message during installation and Acrobat XI no longer works with Office
During the installation I get a message about "invalid map" and it stops (after it asks me to register my product). I am never actually taken to the website to register my product. Acrobat XI will run normally except no add-in is enabled or even there (Office 365, ie11, etc...).
I uninstalled and installed a dozen times. Installed form my CD and from the internet (downloaded it). I get the same issue. The installation never completes.
I tried to insert a page from a .docx document and I got an error message about office security settings being too high. Tried as I did, I could not fix that.
Adobe updates froze print spooler
Since we've completed the latest update to Adobe acrobat most of the users reported their printers stopped responding. After some investigation it was found that print spooler service stopped responding. It had to be restarted multiple times before the service has become operational again. The issue will repeat again once a machine is restarted. We ended up removing Adobe PDF printer in order to gain the stability. Please help.
We use Adobe Acrobat X and Windows 7.
Kind regards,
Andrey
Trouble Installing Adobe Acrobat After Free Trial
I had a free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro. After the free trial was done, I decided to purchase a month to month Adobe Acrobat Standard. I unistalled Pro on my computer and purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard. I installed Standard from the link where I purchased it. After downloading standard and having it launch, my computer launches PRO and tells me my trial has expired and I can't use it. Have tried it three times, confirming that the original Pro is uninstalled and reinstalled ensuring it was from where I purchased it. The installer says standard and when it is complete, I click the button in the installer saying launch Adobe Standard and Pro opens!!! Help! Urgent work deadline!
I can not get my adobe to deactivate on my other PC.
How can I activate it on this PC?
I am using Acrobat on a Windows 7 machine. The text on a document disappears and reappears as I scroll, and there are blank pages which should have graphics on them. I updated on 5/26/15. This did not occur before the update.
I use acrobat to view and review large documents on a regular basis. Many of the documents contain graphics. Since my update the text seems to disappear and reappear as I scroll through the document. It almost seems as if there is something over the pages.
I will need to reinstall Acrobat X Pro after a clean reinstall of Windows. Do I need to deactivate first?
I want to avoid any problems with reinstalling Acrobat X Pro after I do a clean reinstall of Windows 7. I don't see a deactivate option as with previous Adobe products I've had. I would like to know what procedure to follow so that I don't have any issues with reentering the license key.
Acrobat Pro
how do I get a new acrobat pro to reinstall?
Is there an issue with AdobeDC where the installation causes an unspecified MAPI error in Outlook 2007. I cannot email documents due to this error.
MAPI errors after AdobeDC installation? Anyone any ideas?
Thanks
Gerry
Acrobat DC Trial Period finished
I just been notified of the end of my DC trial, I am a CC Subscriber but I cannot figure out how to get my free upgrade? Or failing this how do I revert back to Pro?

PDFMaker Office Addin LoadBehavior Bug
I discovered a possible Bug:
The PDFMaker Add In is not loaded at startup of Word 2013. It is possible to manually load and use it, but after restart it is deactivated again. This also prevents the use of the Windows kontext menue "convert to pdf".
I found the problem to be a wrong Value at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin\LoadBehavior ".
It was set at a Value of 0 while a Value of 3 enables the automatic start of the PDFMaker Add In, as described here:Registry Entries for Application-Level Add-Ins
Tested with Adobe Acrobat XI 11.0.11, Office 2013 X64, Win 8.1 X64
Same Problem and Solution in German:
Aber Not macht experimentierfreudig.
