Acrobat XI Pro won't start when I double click on it.
When I check the processes tab in windows, it's not even there!
This issue is on both my PCs, with Windows 8 installed.
I tried repairing it via control panel, and no luck.
Any help, suggestions or fixes would be much appreciated!

I just downloaded the free trial to be able to convert my PDF to word and now it says my 30 days is already expired.
The dialog box have become unreadeble on both acrobat X anf XI. The text is oversize and it is not possible to resize the dialog box. It's same problem with print dilog box and properties box.
My screen resolution is 100% and I hav all the fonts!

I recently had to do a full reinstall on my Windows 7 OS. However when I did this it deleted my registered Adobe Acrobat ver. 9 program. Unfortunetely I do not have my original disks and had to download the program from your website. AcroPro90_efg.exe.
I retrieved my registered account information with my original serial number.
Upon installling the downloaded version and asked for my serial number I got an error message: Invalid serial number. I checked and rechecked the number and still get the error message.
Any help with this would be helpful.

I can't get download assistant to download so I can't try my free trial of Acrobat
The same thing happens when I insert a page. I have tried printing from 2 of my colleagues computers and the same thing keeps happening? This is really annoying and I want to know if there is a way to fix it as I often have to print double sided and cannot send PDFs to Clients if this will happen when they print!
I need to download another copy of Acrobat Pro 8 onto an old computer, which crashed and lost it. I never did get the disk, and although it is REGISTERED with a serial number, there is NO LINK for me to download again.

There seems to be a problem some users experience upgrading to Acrobat 11.0.04 on Mac Book Pro's that support Retina Display.
In certain cases, Acrobat still runs in low definition and the setting "Open in Low Resolution" is checked and grayed-out (can't be changed).
One cause we've identified is a preference file that is not updated in certain cases and prevents the system from letting Acrobat running in Retina Display mode.
To fix it you can try this:
One of the knwon workflows is upgrading from a previous version of Acrobat that had been installed before a system upgrade, or from an old version of Acrobat such as 9 that is not supported on Mac OS 10.8.
Please share your experience here and let us know if doesn't solve your issue. We'll contact you case by case if needed, to make sure you can have Acrobat run in high definition.

I recently loaded Acrobat XI (trial) and now everytime I try to open a PDF on line, the screen is blank. I have reloaded Adobe reader several times but the screen is still blanlk--help! Is the trial version interferring somehow?
I was emailing from Adobe Acrobat 7 just fine until I upgraded to Office 2013. Now I get an error saying I need to set up a Microsoft Outlook profile in Windows and then it will not let me email. This only seems to be happening to my users who have Adobe Acrobat 7. The newer versions work fine. Anybody got any ideas? The only thing I did was go to Start, Default Programs, Set Default Programs, and chose Outlook to set as default. Thanks.
I uninstalled the Acrobat Pro XI trial. Unfortunately, I cannot access my paid up Acrobat 10 Standard Edition
Create PDF desktop printer will not install. Install message that it canot be successfully configured. "Some files are not present on the system".
I added the Xerox printer as instructed as a fix. Same message. I contacted customer support. Very slow but eventually sent me a link for a hotfix. Downloaded and installed. Same message. please help.

If I Open the preference - Acrobat stay open, but as soon a go back to my file, the soft close...
Same problem with Distiller...

I have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams. My Acrobat Pro XI was showing muddy colours, so I un-installed. Now the Adobe CC desktop is showing that it's still installed and does not make the application available to re-install. Any suggestions?
I had Windows XP Professional and I created pdf packages in Adobe Acrobat 8 professional (Version 8.3). I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and Adobe Acrobat X Professional (Version 10.1.3) and it takes upwards of 10 minutes to open the packages and if I created the package with one of the files as the cover sheet, I cannot seem to view that at all.
Is this a normal issue? Are there any fixes available? I have a large number of the Adobe pdf Packages that I created in Adobe Acrobat 8 that I’m now substantially unable to access.
