I purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard Dc with a Dell laptop and it was digitally delivered. I have a key but I need the serial number and Dell can't help me. they said I need to get it from Adobe. Any ideas? can it be installed on my desktop also?

Can I get some help with downloading purchased Acrobat XI?
I have a new laptop and am trying to install Acrobat XI. I have downloaded the clicked on the Standard version three times and after the download the installer has tried to install PRO and so my license number is invalid. I called support and it was worthless. All the person could tell me was that the licnese number was valid for Standard. I have tried searching the support section but am always to taken to the download site and that has failed me 3 times.

I have a CD that I bought for Acrobat 7.0 Standard. It was working fine until recently. I tried to reinstall using the disk but, although I am able to use the installation program from the disk, at a certain point in the installation I am asked to insert the installation disk.
I copied the disk to my desktop and tried to run from there. I get the following message: Error 1334. The file 'cmdsupt.dll' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'data1.cab'...

I think latest version of acrobat pro X 10.1.13 and adobe reader 11.0.10 have problem with embedded fonts.
If want to open a pdf with embedded font and i receive this message (sorry, translated by me from french)

I have this problem on mac and Windows. Version 10.1.12 and 11.0.0 are ok and can open all these files.

Mir liegt die Originalverpackung die Original DVD mit den jeweiligen Produktcode vor. Außerdem wird beschrieben, dass man sich anmelden muss. Das hat er anscheinend geklappt aber ich habe nie eine Seriennummer erhalten. So dass ich bis heute das Programm nicht nutzen konnte.
Kann mir jemand helfen was muss ich tun um an die Seriennummer zukommen. Übrigens die auf dem gelben Zettel von Adobe angegebene Webseite ist fehlerhaft. Die Adresse lautet www.Adobe.com/go/eduverify_de.

Unable to activate product
I initially installed my purchased copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my Sony laptop in 2015. It died, hard drive crash. Then I moved to a desktop and reinstalled. All good. Got a new laptop a year later and installed on that, all good. Decided to upgrade to new laptop, so installed on that. Not so good.
I now am unable to activate my purchased installation. Checked the old laptop, that installation is not active. The desktop machine is not active. Your help desk tells me that the serial number of my purchased installation does not belong to me - please see attached photocopy of my purchased installation. My experience with your help desk was not help full.
I would really appreciate if you could advise me how I would go about activating my legitimately purchased copy of your software. I apologize in advance for not having deactivated the version on the previous laptop, but, would like to point out that normally one would expect to receive a message saying that two installations are active and that one would have to be deactivated for the current installation to take place, especially if one considers that I am an ordinary user, and not someone who actually wants to know the ins and outs of Adobe installation procedures. I find it somewhat surprising for a company of your size to simply remove all access to my legitimate copy which was purchased at great expense to myself.
Please be so courteous as to actually provide me with a meaningful solution to a problem that Adobe seems to have created by being unable to manage and control their subscriber database.

Acrobat Pro DC and InDesign CC 2017 freeze together
Adobe Support seems to be down so wondered if anyone had a workaround on this issue?
Working on an iMac 27" 5k with all the latest updates, I am experiencing crashes between InDesign CC 2017 and Acrobat Pro DC 2017 several times a day. It's mostly when switching from InDesign to Acrobat at which point, Acrobat freezes and needs a force quit, which has also brought InDesign down with it. I also have a 2016 MacBook Pro and experienced the same issues (to a lesser extent as my iMac is the workhorse).
