Hello,
New to the group. I've noticed over the last year or so that every PDF I view online, or from an email, or wherever, it will automatically save a copy in the downloads folder in Windows. I didn't pick to 'save' the file, or even the location, it just saves it, with whatever cryptic title.
Is there a setting to only 'save' the ones I choose to save and give a proper title to it?

Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro: window doesn't display correctly
I downloaded the latest version of Acrobat 9 Pro.
Now, when I open multiple documents I have problems.
- When I open the first document, the document displays correctly (fits the screen correctly)
- When I open the second document, the title bar of the window is cut off (that is, the title bar displays above the top edge of the computer screen)
I cannot access the title bar or the menu bar for the second window on my laptop screen without resizing the window.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit, with the display set for custom (110%) font size. My screen resolution is set for the recommended setting for the laptop (1366x768). I cannot use smaller fonts.
How do I get my documents to display correctly when I open more than one document? As a technical writer, I need multiple documents open.

Re-install Acrobat 9 pro in Windows 10
I've been using Acrobat for years. I've paid for version 5, upgrade 6 and upgrade 9 pro. In the normal course of things the 9 pro was updated with Adobe's latest. But I want to go back to version 9 pro. With versions 5,6 & 9 uninstalled, my plan was to reinstall 5, then the upgrade for 6 and finally the upgrade for 9 pro. Unfortunately, Windows 10 pro 64 doesn't want to allow version 5 install to run. It starts then dies. I've used several of the compatibility modes without success. Is there any way to do this?
Acrobat Standard install shows up as Acrobat Pro and shuts down
Installed Acrobat Standard 2017 to several machines. All working well except one, which will only stay open for a few seconds and closes without allowing any input. While the window is open, it displays "Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017" despite being a "Standard 2017" install. Used Adobe-supplied DVD and serial number. Tried several installs and uninstalls all with similar results. Haven't even been able to set up Adobe account on this installation. What could be causing this?

ich beziehe aktuell das Studentenabo von Adobe und versuche seit geraumer Zeit Acrobat DC über die Creative Cloud zu installieren. Ich hatte es vorher bereits auf meinem Macbook installiert, aber es hing andauernd und deshalb habe ich es dann vorhin deinstalliert. Wenn ich es jetzt erneut installieren möchte, wird mir nur die Fehlermeldung angezeigt, dass ich Adobe Acrobat DC schließen soll, damit es installiert werden kann. Allerdings habe ich es nirgends geöffnet.
Kann mir jemand hier vielleicht weiterhelfen?

At this moment I draw some pipe with the measurement tools and some others using Drawing Markups.
After I export a CSV file only for the measurements.
I would like to know if it is possible to have an CSV exported for the Drawing Markups as well.

Problem upgrading Adobe Acrobat DC

I use Munki to distribute application in my Mac environment, also for Adobe Creative Cloud packages.
The only problem I have is with Acrobat DC, I'm trying to update my previous installation of Adobe Acrobat DC 18.011.20035 to the new 19.010.20091 release.

I use a ChoiceChangesXML file to exclude the installation of AcroServicesUpdater. Anyway if I don't use this, installing all subpackages, the issue is the same.
Has anyone ever used Munki with the new Acrobat DC 19?
I tried to use Packages tab in the Admin Console of Adobe web dashboard to create the install package but, as 18 release created with Creative Cloud Packager, it can't create a right installer for Munki. So I used the Acrobat_DC_Web_WWMUI.dmg file created by CCP in the Library Cache folder.

Acrobat not opening files
Acrobat DC suddenly not opening files on 2018 MacBook Pro. The app is open, but will not open the file window. I re-installed the app, and my OS is up to date, I'm able to open the same pdf in Ai. I was on the phone with Apple for an hour testing things, and we isolated the problem to my user account by setting up a test account that opened the files normally. The same thing happened a couple of days ago with InDesign but I zapped my PRAMS and after a couple restarts the problem went away. I used Acrobat yesterday to process files, and nothing had changed.
Anyone have this happening? Any ideas?

I have tried the online chat but nobody has replied? We are a charity and have paid for a Creative Cloud single-app membership. The member of staff left one year ago and we did not renew the subscription. Neither can we use the application because we don't have the login details, and the email address no longer exists!
