I pay subscription and Acrobat says subscription expired
My subscription to Acrobat is paid every month.
However, when I try to use Acrobat it says subscription expired.
It also generates dozens of instances of Acrobat which I can close fast enough so it totally screws up my computer.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on Amazon last year, but now am being told trial period has ended
I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Teacher and Student Edition last year from Amazon (PC Download--up to 2 computers) and use it often. This is a perpetual copy, not a subscription. I validated my Teacher status. For the past week, for some reason, I've been getting messages that I'm using a Trial Version, and that "trial version" expired today. Help! I paid for the software--I have the validation code in my software library on Amazon from last year. Suddenly, I can no longer work in Adobe. How do I get this working again? What has happened? Thanks in advance.

Hi, ich habe nach einem HDD-Crash keinen richtigen Zugriff mehr auf Acrobat.
(Windows 10 Upgrade von Win 7; inzwischen neue SSD)
Acr. X ist sicher.
Ich vermute, es ist die Standard-Version.
Ich komme als Wechseldatenträger noch an die HDD und habe über andere Forum-Antworten versucht, an die SN zu kommen.
Ohne Erfolg.
Die korrekt aussehende SN aus der application.xml funktioniert nicht:
24 Ziffern ohne Trenner.
Das Ergebnis eines Crawlers funts ebenso wenig.
(Anfangs habe ich es mit Acr. X Pro versucht, dort funktioniert die SN auch nicht, was aber wahrsch. an der falschen SW liegt.
(LiveCycle Designer findet sich auf der alten HDD nicht. Der Installationsversuch mit Pro ist durch Deinstallation beendet.))

Acrobat 2019 Update Fails on Windows 10
Hi,
We are now having issues upgrading older Acrobat 2015 classic to newer 2019 continuous builds.
Older build we are upgrading from:
When we try and install any 19.... build it is giving 2 odd errors:
if I click on ignore the update seems to install just fine. But this is a problem since silent installs are failing silently. I obvious cant click ignore on 5,000+ machines.
Now has happened on a doze machines.
Happening on Windows 10 1607, 1703, 1709, and 1803.

Download an old version (Acrobat X Pro)
Hi. I need to download Acrobat X Pro but on the Adobe Website, I only see the new version, Acrobat DC Pro. The problem is that I really need the old version (Acrobat X Pro) for a school work. Can someone tell me how to find it? Thank you!

Adobe software has completely ruined my MAC!
Ever since installing Adobe software for school onto my Mac, my computer has been nearly useless! I am very disappointed in your product and since it is impossible to remove your software from my computer, I believe my only option to have a functioning computer again is to buy a new one which I cannot afford. This is a very upsetting situation your product has put me in, and I need help getting my computer back to running correctly again.

Missing "Combine supported files in Acrobat.." option. Acrobat 10
I have a user who when selecting multiple files on his desktop is missing "Combine supported files in Acrobat.." option. This option was available to him recently. I ran [regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 10.0\Acrobat Elements\ContextMenu64.dll"] and I received a success message, but the option was not present. Rebooted the machine, still missing option. I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat and the option was still not present. I attempted to rerun [regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 10.0\Acrobat Elements\ContextMenu64.dll"] and it failed.
ContextMenu64.dll is present in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 10.0\Acrobat Elements".
Any ideas or further troubleshooting steps?

failure when updating Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
Hello,
After having installed Acrobat DC (version 2015.006.30306) on my new notebook (Win 10 Pro, 64 bit), I have the problem that the update is not been done properly.
The following failure pops up at the end of the process.
it says: "Failure when reading the file: C:/Windows/[...]. Check if the file exists and if you have access on it."
The file and the folders don't exist in my windows folder.
I already re-installed Adobe DC but it didn't help.
Has anybody an idea for this.

Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional Serial Number Invalid - Long-Time Install!
I have had Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional since it came out many, many years ago - 2008, I think?
I have re-installed it a couple of times, when I get a new computer or replace drives or OS.
It has been on Vista 64, Windows 7 64 Workstation, Windows 8 & 8.1 64, and now Windows 10 64 laptop.
I haven't done anything new in over a year. Now, I get that the license has expired when I try to print an adobe document.
There is no serial number in my account - I had to recreate my account in spite of having one for years.
I do not want DC *anything*. Everything I read says people have been shuffled for a month or better before their issue is solve.
What gives? I bought my software, it is MINE . . . yet Adobe breaks it? I do not want to be shuffled between forums and tech support, and I do not allow remote access to my computers. How do I pursue this?

I FEEL SCAMMED!
Disgusted to find out that It will cost me £95 to cancel a subscription to premier pro cc, which I have never used. It was not immediately apparent when I signed up and hidden in the t&c. I would never have signed up if I knew i just wanted to see what the sofware was like. Now im a stuck with an unfair bill. PLEASE HELP! It is not right to treat customers like this, I feeled scammed by a massive coporation.
