I recently purchased the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for windows and when I open the disk and insert it into my computer, the computer ejects the disk out without reading and installing it.

I own CS6 Extended. I had CC for a year, then cancelled. My other CS6 apps work, but Acrobat X Pro won't open. All I get is a popup telling me to renew my cc sub. Anyone have a solution?

I have a license of Adobe Acrobat professional 11, it is a paper with serial key. Unfortunately I cannot register the key to get installation file download as my previous IT guys had been registered (I guess so)
Is there any way to download installation file and register these key, because it is corporate key.

Since having Adobe X Standard installed, I cannot copy and paste text or images within the adobe document. The previous version of Adobe Writer worked ok. Any suggestions?

I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI. Whenever the process "armsvc.exe" running, my Internet Connection became "Limited", then after a few seconds, my Internet Modem restart automatically, then "Limited" again then Restart again...
I have to end this process via the Task Manager and my Internet Connection now works normally.
I cannot find out the reason . Please tell me how to fix it. Thanks!

I have paid my subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro but can not install it… I always get an error message …also I did not receive any instalation code...
Installed Acorbat Pro 9 for Mac on new Macbook Pro (Maverick OS). Admin password requested everytime it opens. Think this issue came u before with others. Why does this happen? Never happened on my previous macbook pro (Lion) with this version. Also, there is no menu item for software updates under help as before. I removed entire program and reinstalled. No change. Illustrator works fine. Any help is greatly appeciated. Neal
