Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin crashes Outlook 2013 when right clicking a calendar

We have an issue where every time we right click on a shared calendar in Outlook 2013 32 bit the Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin crashes Outlook.  We are running Acrobat Standard 11.0.07 and are able to reproduce the issue 100% of the time.  If you left click on the shared calendar and then right click it works fine.  The issue we run into is trying to remove shared calendars of Exchange accounts that no longer exist, left clicking will not do anything because there's no calendar in Exchange to view so those calendars can not be removed from Outlook.  I have tried opening Outlook as administrator.  Removing and reinstalling both Acrobat and Office has not helped.  The event log errors are below.  Thank you.

Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the 'PDFMOL_GetLabel' callback of the 'IRibbonControl' interface while calling into the 'Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin' add-in.

Failed to connect to DDE Server Acrobat XI Pro Windows 8.1

I had installed Acrobat XI Pro on a Windows 8.0 notebook computer and it was working fine. When I upgraded to Windows 8.1 a few months ago, I started getting intermittent problems/error messages when I would try to open a pdf file by doubleclicking on the file either in a folder or on the desktop. The file wouldn't open and the error message was "Failed to connect to DDE Server." I can still open the files by doing a File, Open from inside the software, so it's not an insurmountable problem, just annoying.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

How do you revert to a previous version of Acrobat Pro?

We have software (Enfocus Pitstop Pro 10) that only works with Acrobat Pro up to version 10.x. Adobe CC updated acrobat to version 11 and Pitstop no longer works. So, how do you revert to Acrobat Pro 10 as the only option in the CC application is for version 11?

I've only seen a couple memos on this crash issue, is Adobe or MS working on this? Both my Acrobat Pro and Windows 8.1 are fully updated.

Acrobat is crashing have not found a work around or any memo reply on the site. Always on save as or any save with a file modification. Version of Office? If 2013 you may have to revert to 2010 seems Acrobat and the pdfMaker in Office 2013 are like mixing oil and water they don' work together. I don’t want to mix oil and water but sure as hell would like to be able to work?

Acrobat Pro XI for Mac crashed and now says trial is over

Earlier today I downloaded and installed Acrobat Pro XI for Mac on my MacBook Pro Retina 15-inch early 2013 running OS X 10.9.4. I compared two documents. While skimming the comparison document, Acrobat seemed unstable, e.g. when I tried to select text to copy Acrobat would freeze and show the  spinning pinwheel for a minute or two. When I finished skimming the comparison, I closed the file, and clicked "don't save," it crashed. When I restarted Acrobat, it told me the evaluation period was over.

I have Pro XI.  I have installed and uninstalled the program numerous times.  A few months ago, the program opened as usual and then when I tried to open it again later in the day, it showed the open menu but then never actually makes the connection.  I briefly saw a message once that seemed to indicate it couldn't connect to a server - but nothing else.

Acrobat XI Pro month-to-month subscription instalation problems, redirects to Trial version (which was uninstaled before)

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with installing the Adobe Pro XI on my computer. I have subscribed through cloud.adobe.com to a month-to-month subscription and paid Friday, 18th of July.

Few months ago I have installed a Trial version of Pro XI, which I uninstalled before running the .exe from cloud.adobe.com. After the executable .exe 100% runs, I try to access the soft and I am literally redirected to the Trial version window, which I am informed that, of course, expired few month ago.

I can't figure out how to install the soft, as I don't have a serial number in my  account, being a month-to-month subscription.

I tried to contact by phone, according to the confirmation email order, but the phone number is not functional.

Can you please advise regarding this problem with the installation of the Adobe Pro XI month-to-month subscription that I am encountering?

Many thanks in advance,

Alina

Was renting on a monthly basis and got a message to update. tried to update and it failed. new message said to uninstall. Uninstalled and could not reinstall. went back to original and reinstalled off the trial page. Do I now have 2 rentals?

Sorry about the length of the title of this thread. Thought I was already in discussion mode.

Anyway as above I had a heck of a time getting anywhere on the website that would just let me reinstall. And of course no way to talk to a live person.

Need to find out the status of my rental. Do I just cancel everything and start over? Very frustrating.

Windows Explorer Preview Panel Stops Responding

When using explorer with the preview panel open to browse thru a directory with pdf files, the preview panel eventually stops responding.  After sometime the process looks like it resets (or flushes memory) and starts working again.  To get it working sooner we can close explorer, kill the acrord32 processes and get back into explorer and it works.  This only happens on PCs with Adobe Acrobat installed on it.  PCs with only the reader on it work fine. The configures is Windows 7 (32 bit) SP1 and Adobe Acrobat XI Standard version 11.0.07.  Prior to our last Window Patching users were getting the error: "Adobe Reader has stopped working A problem cuased the program to stop working correctly.  Please close the program."  Any suggestions on what to try?

I need access to LiveCycle, but work on a Mac.  I would like to download the trial Acrobat XI and insure that it will run under Crossover.  I have downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant, but not sure that it will allow me to do what is necessary.  Thanks in advance

Uninstalling Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.07 breaks licensing?

$

Hey guys,

Trying to do some troubleshooting regarding kind of a strange issue.

I'm working with a volume license of Acrobat XI Pro, and when 11.0.07 came out, I went and pushed it out, first uninstalling any previous instances.

It was able to install without any issue, but just to be sure everything would work out later, I tested an uninstallation.

After 11.0.07 is uninstalled, I tried reinstalling it with the same serial number used for the installation.

However, after installation, when trying to open Acrobat.exe, it runs into an open-close loop.

With task manager open, it appears as though PDApp.exe is trying to run adobe_licutil.exe for licensing, but it either keeps crashing or is reaching a service that can't be reached.

Through the customization wizard, since this is an enterprise environment, we've disabled EULA and Registration, which hasn't been an issue until 11.0.07.

I've tried reinstalling PDApp, which didn't help. I've also used the REINSTALLMODE=mous and IGNOREVC10RT=1 switches, which didn't appear to do anything either.

Suggestions?
