After installing Acrobat Pro, I keep getting a message asking me to "Enable Extenstion," or "Remove From Chrome," I have tried everything from "always enabling," to deleting the extensions and plugins. I get the message again every time I open Chrome. I don't care if it is enabled or deleted, I just want this message to stop!

I just got a new laptop at work after the IT department transferred everything from my old laptop to the new one and now I get error code 213:19 when trying to open my PDF documents. When the error code comes up it tells me to go to httpP://www.adobe.com/support and this is where I am now sending this message. Does anyone know what this code means and how to fix the problem so I can open my PDF documents again?

I had a Windows 7 with 64bit System and installed Adobe Acrobat XI Prof.
We had created the installation MST with the Adobe Customer Wizard 11.
With the Wizard we can conducted serial number an the licenses (EULA) activation/ check..
Now we installed Acroabt 11 with the MST file and we wouldn't be queried of serial number check. But the application Adobe Acrobat XI will check the serial number, otherwise the application would disabled after 30 days.
How can that the application will check the serial number, although acrobat carried out in adobe customer wizard.

ich habe auf einen Windows 7 (64Bit) System den Adobe Acrobat 11.0.06 installiert. Die Installation erfolgte über die MST, welches wir mit dem customer wizard Version11 erzeugt hatten. im Wizard haben wir die Seriennummer und Lizenzaktivierung durchgeführt.
Jetzt haben wir bei anderen AW mit dem MST die Installation durchgeführt und somit müssten Seriennummer und Lizenzprüfungen nicht abgefragt werden. Die Anwendung Acroabt 11 will jetzt die Seriennummer prüfen, ansonsten würde die Testinstallation nach 30 tagen deaktiviert werden.
Wie kann es sein das die seriennummer überprüfung kommt, obwohl im adobe customer wizard durchgeführt wurde.

Keep on getting an error when updating acrobat XI to the latest version, have uninstalled the product, re-installed it and the error is still popping up. Running Win 7 64bit
Sorry for the long description, have been trying to update my Acrobat Pro XI to the latest version, when using the update tool I get an error that suggests for me to uninstall Acrobat and reinstall it, have done that 2 times, don't want to do it again. Why am I having this issue? I used to have PDF pro and got rid of it in favor of Acrobat, now I am starting to think this was not such a good move...
Any ideas?

Acrobat XI installed twice?

I have just instaleld Acrobat XI on my Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit) machine and Acrobat XI appears in the installed program list (from Control Panel) twice, each at roughly 2gbs - (1.85gb and 1.98gb). One is listed as version 11.0 the other as 11.0.00.
I can change one install but only uninstall the other one. What is the deal with this? Is Acrobat really installed twice?
