I had a hard disk failure and reinstall acrobat 9 pro, when I activate the sofware it said my serail number is for an update and ask me for serial of another product I already having. My serail # is for an orginal and complete acrobat 9 pro.
What will be the procedure of activation?

I have restarted windows with start up command msconfig and disable all start up functions, I still cannot install acrobat X for this error. Is there any installer available for win 8 or have to reinstall Adobe CS the whole lot again and again without acrobat?
How do I delete the Adobe pop up window that pops up evverytime I try to access a PDF file and keeps telling me my Eval License has expired and I need to purchase the license for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, when I've already purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (Windows,English), the licens and down loaded it today.
I ended up tossing Acrobat XI and then reinstalling Acrobat X.
Acrobat X registration wont accept my Adobe.com password; says its too long.

PLEASE HELP! I tried to create a PDF in Acrobat 9 from a Word 2003 document & it won't let me. I've done this many times before & now all of a sudden it won't work. The import starts & then I get a message that it is missing "pdfmaker files". I tried to repair Acrobat using the "Repair Acrobat Installation" button, but nothing happened. I tried to use my disk but get a message that the "Patch Package could not be opened". I'm using Windows XP. Any help is appreciated.

I have suddenly had an error appear whe opening most PDF files - "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."
Subsequently I'm unble to open these files. I'm on a Mac platform with OS X 10.8 and am using Adobe Acrobat version 10.1.4.
The files are mainly downloaded / saved to my desktop through Safari. These are PDF files that I've previously been able to open but all of a sudden can't.

Looking around for Acrobat 11. I am upgrading my 7. I Know I am gonna have to buy 11. Of course I want the best price and have been looking around, or procrastinating, depending on how you look at it. But I need to get it now. Since it's been forever and I am not buying a subscription. I am thinking my old 7 pro would now be the 11 standard. The current pro version is more for sharing online and I don't need that. I am running Acrobat XI Professional with Office 2013 on a Windows 7, 64-bit system. Acrobat's ability to save documents as an extension from within Office (Word, Outlook, etc.), stops working about every 24-hours. No notice or error message. Instead, when I attempt to convert a file to PDF, the process starts, but then simply hangs.
Approximatly once a day It's then necessary to open Acrobat Pro XI and 'repair the acrobat installation' — at which point it works for about 24-hours before ceasing to work again.
Any suggestions anyone?

I downloaded Acrobat XI Pro on my Dell XPS Windows 7 machine. Upon trying to set it up, I get an error code that there is a higher functioning software already on the computer.
The computer came with Acrobat XI Standard on it.

When converting a pdf file to excel the columns are corrupted. Data from one column is now spread across two columns.
