As of this morning, Acrobat DC will not launch. Running OS 10.9.5. Worked fine when I left on Tuesday.

It just bounces up and down without ever launching.

why does Abode have the WROSE customer service in the world!!....I can NEVER get a straight answer and the person on the other line can hardly speak CLEAR english.....am I the only one who feels this way.....???

I have problem with update Acrobat 8.0 to newest version. Installer shows information that he didnt found acrobat in my computer :/

I have upgraded til Acrobat DC and now I'm having problems with the visibility of the ruler guides.

When I drag a new ruler guide to a specific place on the pdf, the ruler guide is not visible until I release the mouse button, there is even a spinning wheel for a short while before the ruler guide appears.

This is REALLY annoying as it is impossible to place the ruler exactly where is should be.

i have a end user who has Win 7 64 bit with Office 2010 32-bit and I loaded Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on his machine. All the other office applications add-ins work except for Outlook. The add-in is in the Inactive list and I cant do anything with it. If I log in as myself it works fine the add-in shows up in the Ribbon. I went and recreated his profile and it worked but I had to revert back to his old way cause when we recreated it it messed up his "Special government" certifacations in Internet Explorer. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, als running the cleaner tool but it seems there is something in his profile that is causing it to be stuck in inactive. any thoughts would be appreciated.

I reinstalled my OS X and have the original key for Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional but once installed and I select the two extra it just freezes and needs force quitting.

On restarting application the whole process repeats itself.

I've installed Adobe Acrobat DC Pro but have an issue clicking the sign in button to register the product.

I put in my enterprise email, and password, but when I click on the button, nothing happens.

And I figured it out it it is because of our firewall. (I could register via out of local network connection)

Therefore, can anyone provide me URL or IP address I need to add on on my firewall to let Internet access to Acrobat DC please ?

Having trouble downloading and installing Acrobat pro DC. I get an error message that says something like, "please verify that you have access to some file," but it doesn't tell me how to do that. It only allows me to close that window.

Is there a new version of Acrobat Pro? Its all blurry on my new macbook pro. I managed to fix my PS and ILL by downloading a patch but its claiming my Acrobat is up to date at 10.1.16. Is this correct?

I am running CS5.5, my Acrobat X Pro started acting up lately, so I uninstalled it, and tried to reinstall it from my original CS5.5 install cds - it won't install, it encounters errors. I downloaded it from the Adobe site, tried to install, STILL won't install - errors. what the h???????????? I am on an iMac, running Yosemite.

I only have the Adobe Reader and very tired of receiving PDF forms and documents that I cannot manipulate on the screen; either filling in boxes, signing forms, etc. I would like to know which program (software) do I need in order to be able to complete these tasks at home on an infrequent basis? I don't need something that a large business would use. Therefore, I'm limited in my usage. I can use the cloud though. It would probably be helpful.

I can get my Acrobat Pro from my CS4 Master Collection on my MacBook Pro, but it won't work on the iMac. It says it wants to make some corrections to the computer, and when you allow it, the program opens, and won't close except for Force Quit, and nothing comes up but the bar at the top just saying, "Acrobat." When you click on that, nothing happens.

I need the file checking software in it for my work. Does anyone know how to get this working again? I have the same El Capitan operating system on the Macbook Pro as I do on the iMac.

How can I update the Adobe Application Manager on a new Windows 10 computer with a 64-bit operating system. CS5 installed fine with the correct and accepted serial number, but when I try to update it's components I get the message:

"There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later."
